Camperdown Angling Club is situated on the shore of the picturesque Lake Bullen Merri just south of Camperdown. The Clubrooms are positioned in an area known as “South Beach”
Facilities available for all public to use include:
- Public Toilets
- Car Parking
- Boat Ramp
- Lawned Picnic Area
- Under cover BBQ ‘s available in Picnic Area
The Lake Bullen Merri Classic was proudly sponsored by Loftys Cobras, Dowler Cabinets, Rainbow Pines Caravan Park and the Corangamite Shire.
This years event was held on October 4th & 5th, and some very nice fish were caught indeed!

Each year the club holds numerous events for local members, and helps with community events, one such example being the 'disabled fishing day'. The lake facilities cater for disabled anglers - with a Wheelchair Friendly fishing platform located close to the Clubs facilities as well as the toilet and picnic area on the South Bank.
In addition to the smaller events the club holds one major event each year, the 2008 event was held in October 2008, with over 130 registered anglers fishing, many recording catches. Read about the 2008 Classic, check out the winners and view the photo gallery.
